Transitioning to Adobe VIP Marketplace: Everything You Need to Know

As an Adobe customer, you have probably heard of the Adobe VIP Marketplace. This is Adobe’s new licensing program, which connects a partner-specific customer portal (in SoftwareOne’s case, our SoftwareOne Marketplace) with the Adobe systems.

VIP Marketplace is designed to make purchasing and managing Adobe software licenses easier. It provides streamlined automated purchasing, provisioning, and billing, and allows SoftwareOne to resell Adobe licenses through our Marketplace Platform, which in turn provides our clients with an overall better experience from quicker purchasing to easier license management, with no disruption due to missed or delayed renewals.

However, transitioning to the Adobe VIP Marketplace has presented challenges for some clients, particularly in shifting from the current subscription model to a more dynamic, portal-based approach.
