Your Copilot workshop schedule
To ensure that you don't lose track during our 2-hour workshop, we’ve designed your Copilot workshop with a varied and extensive agenda consisting of short presentations and question and answer sessions. But don't worry, there's plenty of time to try things out on your own and ask questions.
The following key topics await you:
Module 1: Introduction and overview
- Get to know the Copilot environment and learn more about the workshop process.
Module 2: Basics of Copilot and Gen-AI
- You will receive a brief introduction to the functions and scope of Microsoft Copilot.
- Learn about Copilot technology and understand the importance of prompting.
Module 3: Use cases and practical examples
- Discover use cases for various areas of application.
- Use Copilot to handle emails in Outlook and consider configuration options.
- Design teams chats and meetings and develop AI guidelines for using AI.
Module 4: Practical application in Microsoft Office
- Write texts and content summaries in Word.
- Create presentations with Copilot in PowerPoint.
- Process tabular data in Excel.
Module 5: Outlook and opportunities
- Take a look at other Copilots such as Loop or OneNote.
- Consider possible implementation scenarios for Copilot in your company.
- Consider Copilot’s expansion options and risks.

Module 6: Feedback, FAQ and further tests
- Ask us any questions you may have and conduct further tests.
The promoter of this prize draw is Software One Inc, with its registered office at 320 E. Buffalo St. #200, Milwaukee, WI 53202. SoftwareOne may withdraw the competition in the case of an uncontrollable event.
This draw is open to all persons who are at least 18 years old and reside in the United States of America.
The participation is free of charge and requires the completion of an electronic form.
With the completion of the form, the participant agrees to these participation terms. The participant further agrees that the data disclosed may be used by SoftwareOne for marketing purposes / for the sole purpose to conduct the prize draw.
Only one entry per person will be accepted. If a person participates more than once or otherwise attempts to manipulate the competition or acts in an unfair manner, SoftwareOne will be entitled to eliminate the person from the competition. SoftwareOne and Agency employees, their families and associated persons are excluded from participation.
The closing date will be the date of the event you register for. After this date, no further entries will be permitted.
The winners will be chosen at random, from all entries received and verified by SoftwareOne.
The winner will be notified by email or letter within 30 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 15 days of notification, SoftwareOne reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.
