The challenge
The customer initiated a business strategy review to identify new revenue and cost optimization opportunities in 2020. In support of the review, the company attempted to better understand how their current SAP solution can support a potential change in business priorities. SoftwareOne engaged with customer’s business to analyze and help understand the options for changing the current SAP solution and move to S/4HANA.
