The SoftwareOne Code of Conduct for employees and board members, as well as the Code of Conduct for SoftwareOne Partners, serve to guide the actions of our staff and partners, including our relationships with customers, software licensors, VARassist partners, sub-contractors and suppliers.
These Codes describe our values and guide our staff to do the right thing and abide by applicable laws wherever we operate around the world. The Codes also set out our expectations of our partners, which we require to commit to the same standards of ethical conduct and integrity as we expect of ourselves.
