SoftwareOne Academy Apprenticeship Programme (AAP)
Designed if you want to study and work at the same time. Lasting from 6 months to up to 3 years, depending on your goal. It’s a fantastic opportunity to kickstart your career before you finish your studies.
SoftwareOne Academy Incubator Programme (AIP)
Whether you're a recent graduate or changing careers, our tailored curriculum prepares you for the job in 2-4 months. You'll hit the floor running by week four. Join us and make an impact!
SoftwareOne Academy Returnship Programme (SOAR)
If you’ve taken a career break of over 1 year and have 3+ years of experience, we have a 3-month contract for you! Spend 20% of your time in training to refresh your skills and 80% on hands-on tasks. Dive back into work with us!

SoftwareOne Academy is a paid employment opportunity combined with extensive on-the-job training and educational programs to ignite your potential. We combine learning, support, hands-on training, and real-life work experiences to equip you for a future in the tech industry. The training is entirely free. All we need from you is the commitment and passion to explore a world of opportunity.

What is included?

Throughout the programme, students have a diverse range of experiences designed to help them learn, apply and contextualise their knowledge in the SoftwareOne workplace. Students get an incredible, unparalleled education, regardless of their background. It includes:

Guided digital learning

Our blended curriculum of hands-on, virtual, live and asynchronous online sessions help you develop the skills that businesses demand including technical skills, language skills and soft skills.

Expert support

Every journey needs a guide. Once enrolled, you get a Tech Mentor who works at SoftwareOne. These subject matter experts are there for you to give support, expertise, guidance, or a sounding board to ask questions.

Practical problem-solving

There is no better teacher than experience. It’s time to move on from theory and start to practice. You will have the chance to grow in real-life settings. Work in a team tackling real project challenges and even fail, in a safe environment.

On-the-job training

Once you feel confident and capable, it is time to get out of your comfort zone by applying your new skills to projects with real clients. You will shadow project teams and solve business problems as part of your cohort. Sounds exciting, doesn’t it?

After its first year of operation, the SoftwareOne Academy was accepted as a member of the European Commission’s Pact for Skills Consortium.
